  • Where is the store based?

    Québec, Canada

  • What shipping method do you use?

    In order to keep shipping costs low, I ship using regular shipping, without tracking. If you would like tracking, contact me first. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages.

    Small items (stickers, charms, small prints) are shipped in a regular flat envelop. Contact me if you prefer a different method.
    Large Prints are shipped in a large flat envelop with cardboard backing so it doesn't fold.

  • Is a tracking number provided with orders?

    In order to keep shipping costs low, there is no tracking number . If you would like tracking or another method of shipping, contact me and we will work something out. Please note that there are no refunds for lost packages.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, anywhere in the world is fine!
    Note that I am located in Canada.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Within Canada, around one week.
    Within the US, about two weeks.
    In other countries, it could take two to four weeks depending on location.

    Note that current events may also cause a delay.
